We are a family based Church of
Overcomers, a community of loving, caring people
committed to lively worship of God Almighty,
reaching out to the lost, ministering to the needs
of others and looking forward to the Second Coming
of our LORD and Savior Jesus Christ.
The vision of OCMINT outlines
the objectives of the Overcomers Christian
Ministries International, Inc. with headquarters in
Columbus, Ohio. The church arm of the Overcomers
Christian Ministries International (OCMINT) is known
as the Overcomers' Christian Center - OCC, with
Pastor Sam Adeyemi and wife, Pastor Funmi as the
Senior Pastors.

before God Almighty.
What We
Consider Essential:
We believe every individual from age 1 day
to very old are equal and important to the
fulfillment of the ultimate will and purpose
of God on earth, and all deserve adequate
attention. “Take heed therefore unto
yourselves, and to all the flock, over which
the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to
feed the
church of
God
which He hath purchased with His own blood.”
(Acts 20:28.)
In the light of the above, the children, the
young, the adult, and the aged are being
ministered to and are being trained,
equipped, and changed to minister to others.
There are several ministries designed toward
meeting the diverse needs of all.
We believe that to be able to worship in
spirit and in truth, a deliberate effort
needs to be made to create an atmosphere
conducive for praise, worship, and
celebration in His presence. Our services
are triggered off with unabridged flow of
quality contemporary praise melodies,
culminating into a tension-free ushering
into the Holy of Holies with Spirit inspired
songs of worship.
We believe that whoever
comes to our LORD comes to the light, for He
is the Light of the world. We are not only
delivered from the power of darkness, but
our world is illuminated. We have direction;
we operate in His wisdom to operate in
dominion, even as we become overcomers and
ultimately His soldiers reaching out to
others. His word is His light to us. The
above is only achieved by undivided
commitment to upholding the uncompromised
word of God in its simplicity and purity in
the power of faith.
We believe that, as physical exercise,
though it profit little, is essential to our
health, so much more is spiritual exercise
essential to our spiritual health. Our
spirits are exercised as we are committed to
the use of whatever God has placed in our
hands. Ministry opportunities abound for all
to participate in, and many are being
groomed to discover their ministries, and
trained to fulfill the calling God has
placed on their lives.
The mandate of God, and His commission to us is to
“Fill the earth (nations) with His Glory.” (Numbers
14:21.) We live to declare the Person, the Counsel,
and the Power of our LORD God Jehovah to the entire
people of the earth, by teaching and by preaching
the simple and pure gospel (good news) of our LORD
Jesus Christ, calling the lost to repentance and
reconciliation to our God and proclaiming His love,
mercy, grace, and power unto all who believe and
accept His offer.
